My Family experience with Best Western - Banjarmasin
The are for Check In is nifty and comfortable. as well as the valet team very kind and helpfulness to parking our car due to the limitation of parking lot. I'm staying at Room 307 : The Bed is comfort, The Bath is clean but the drainage in shower room little bit stuck and need maintain, The Room is clean and quite big enough for my 2 kids. The Location for this hotel is strategic and very near from Mall and River to go Floating Market. Another story is.. fortunately, on that day I'm staying is my birthday so, I got an surprise from the hotel which unpredictable. Thanks for Best Western for that.. really appreciated..
Well, actually almost all provided from the Best Western is Good. However, Best Western as the 4 star hotel should have an standard cleanness of the Restaurant. It's understood that day has quite a lot of guests.. However, the cleaning service still should take immediate action to clean up the table as well as replace the pad of plate. Anyways, this is only a minor comment that very easy to mitigated / solved the root cause of this issue.
